Job summary

Axiom Path seeks a senior ServiceNow Vulnerability Response professional to join our enterprise security team in Charlotte, hybrid work option. You will lead integration efforts between ServiceNow VR and external vulnerability-scanning platforms, and develop real-time analytics.

The role focuses on data accuracy, interface validation, and building dashboards to improve remediation visibility for security stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant technology experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
• Experience developing, supporting, or troubleshooting integrations between ServiceNow and external security or vulnerability-scanning platforms.
• Strong understanding of interface data flows, validation, and data-quality reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate interfaces connecting enterprise security scanning platforms with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
• Ensure vulnerability and security data moves accurately between integrated systems.
• Investigate discrepancies and data-quality issues affecting vulnerability-management workflows.
• Develop and enhance ServiceNow VR functionality for Application Security processes.
• Build real-time reporting and analytics from enterprise data warehouse tables and reporting tools.

Are You An Experienced ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Professional Ready To Make An Impact?

• 10+ years of relevant technology experience, consistent with the senior level of the position.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow , particularly Vulnerability Response / VR.
• Experience developing, supporting, or troubleshooting integrations between ServiceNow and external security or vulnerability-scanning platforms.
• Strong understanding of interface data flows, integration validation, and data-quality reconciliation.
• Experience working with vulnerability-management or Application Security processes and data.
• Ability to analyze data across source and target systems to determine whether integrations are functioning accurately.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, or near-real-time analytics from enterprise data sources or data warehouse tables.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to work across security, development, and data teams.
