Job summary

Windward Consulting is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Consultant specializing in SPM to design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

The role combines strong technical expertise on the ServiceNow platform with consulting and implementation skills to deliver scalable applications and modules. CAD or equivalent certifications are preferred, with extensive experience across SPM modules.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
3–5+ years of ServiceNow development or technical consulting experience.
Proven experience delivering at least one full‑cycle ServiceNow implementation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business/technical requirements.
Configure SPM suite (Demand Mgmt, PPM, Resource Mgmt, Agile Dev).
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specs and lead design reviews.
Support end‑to‑end delivery: sprint planning, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, optimization.
Develop/integrate with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP/APIs and IntegrationHub.
Provide technical leadership and ensure security/privacy and proper documentation.
