Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a ServiceNow SPM Solution Architecture Manager in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid/Onsite as Required). You will lead design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with portfolio strategy and business outcomes.

You will partner with leadership, portfolio managers, Agile teams, and stakeholders to design scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive governance, transformation, and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Active ServiceNow CSA, CAD, CIS-SPM certifications are required.
• 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture, implementation, and design experience.
• Proven hands-on experience with SPM and ITSM in ServiceNow.
• Experience designing portfolio management, demand management and agile capabilities in ServiceNow.
• Strong development, integration, and workflow automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions across enterprise environments.
• Define and govern scalable ServiceNow architecture, workflows, data models, integrations, and platform standards.
• Design enterprise Agile operating models including portfolio intake, demand, project execution, sprint planning, and Kanban workflows.
• Architect and support integrations between ServiceNow SPM, ITSM, and Azure DevOps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Lead enterprise workflow automation, service management optimization, and platform governance.
