Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills (ES5/ES6) and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on configuration and development across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
• Develop workflows, Flow Designer, integrations, and UI customization to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure upgrade-safe, performant solutions with maintainable code.
