Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions that transform business operations. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, client leadership, and delivery teams to define technology strategy and ensure successful implementations.

This remote, full-time role requires deep ServiceNow architecture expertise and a proven delivery track record across product lines, with CSA/CAD/CIS certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of consulting experience with a strong background in enterprise technology transformation.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow platform architecture and multi-platform configuration experience.
• Experience leading multiple large-scale ServiceNow implementations across product lines.
• ServiceNow CSA certification; CAD and CIS certifications (ITSM) are required or strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines and enterprise environments.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to clients, translating business challenges into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Define platform architecture, integration strategies, governance models, and development standards for long-term scalability.
• Partner with executive stakeholders and delivery teams to align technology with business objectives.
• Evaluate alternatives, communicate trade-offs, and minimize technical debt.
• Lead architectural reviews and governance across programs and initiatives.
• Mentor architects, developers, and consultants to promote technical excellence.
• Act as final escalation point for technical decisions within assigned programs.
• Support business development with solutioning and client presentations.
