Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer focusing on Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance. You will design, develop, and optimize VR and CC workflows, integrate vulnerability data, and ensure robust remediation processes.

You will partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and platform teams to deliver scalable solutions. The role requires strong ServiceNow development experience, CMDB expertise, and familiarity with vulnerability management concepts, including

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development/engineering experience.
Strong ServiceNow development experience across server-side/client-side scripting, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs.
Experience with Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance in ServiceNow.
Strong CMDB understanding, CI relationships, data-quality dependencies, and asset/CI data management.
Experience with integrations and high-volume data-processing workflows.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, integrate, and optimize ServiceNow VR and CC capabilities.
Build workflows for vulnerability ingestion, prioritization, remediation, exceptions, and closure.
Automate compliance finding ingestion, routing, remediation, and reporting.
Develop and troubleshoot CMDB matching and data-quality issues.
Lead development across testing, upgrades, and production support.
