Job summary

G-TECH Services LLC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead Security Operations initiatives on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on development, integration, automation, and incident response within cyber defense use cases.

Onsite work in Houston, TX is expected as part of a contract engagement. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP, and orchestration, complemented by knowledge of Defender, Sentinel, SailPoint,

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Operations/SecOps modules.
Experience with SIR, VR, SPC, and/or OTM.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, Flow Designer, and Orchestration.
Knowledge of cybersecurity domains: Vulnerability Management, Security Posture Management, Compliance, Risk Management, IAM.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

Develop, configure, customize, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow solutions.
Develop custom applications, workflows, Business Rules, Scripted APIs, UI components, and automation.
Work with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, MID Server, REST/SOAP, and orchestration.
Support ServiceNow Security Operations including SIR, VR, SPC, and OTM.
Integrate ServiceNow with Defender, Sentinel, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Symantec, and other platforms.
Collaborate with stakeholders across cybersecurity and IT teams to deliver secure solutions.
