Job summary

Brinker International in Coppell, TX is seeking a Technical Product Owner for ServiceNow to lead strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Retail Service Management, and custom business applications. Reporting to the ServiceNow Platform Lead, this role shapes the product vision and drives value across multiple platforms.

You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements, manage backlogs, mentor an Associate Product Owner, and guide agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

6+ years of technology product management with ITIL/service management exposure.
3+ years as a Product Owner in Scrum/SAFe.
3+ years of ServiceNow experience across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/RSM.
CSPO/POPM certification preferred.
Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and RSM.
Manage and optimize the product backlog balancing value, debt, and stability.
Lead agile delivery, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
Facilitate requirements workshops translating business needs into epics and features.
Ensure solution validation, testing, and release readiness with stakeholders.
Drive adoption and continuous improvement across ITSM/ITOM/ITAM and RSM.
