Job summary

ASB Resources is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a client engagement focused on implementing ServiceNow's Procurement Management capabilities and related workflows.

The role involves configuring out-of-the-box procurement capabilities, tailoring workflow automation to client requirements, and building a custom integration between ServiceNow and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) via an existing REST API.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience with client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLs.
• Proven ability to design and administer ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer flows.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, and administration.
• Experience with Procurement/ sourcing workflows or ITSM/ITBM modules is a plus.
• Experience building or consuming REST API integrations, including authentication and error handling.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow Procurement module with catalog items, requisitions, purchase orders, and receiving workflows.
• Design, build, and administer Flow Designer and Workflow Editor workflows for procurement processes.
• Develop custom integration logic between ServiceNow and Oracle EBS via REST APIs.
• Customize forms, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and script includes to meet procurement requirements.
• Troubleshoot workflow execution, integration failures, and data sync between ServiceNow and Oracle EBS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Follow update set management, scoped applications, and version control while delivering configurations.
