Job summary

i-Pharm Consulting is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise workflows, integrations, and AI-powered automation solutions in New Jersey. Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong integration experience using IntegrationHub and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Workday integrations is preferred.
• Knowledge of Procurement, Finance, HR, and Employee Service processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow workflows, catalogs, portals, and case management apps.
• Build and support integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Spokes.
• Deliver AI-enabled solutions leveraging Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and Generative AI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and external technology partners.
• Support development, deployment, optimisation, and production support activities.

Senior ServiceNow Developer | Enterprise Workflow & Integrations

We're looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise workflows, integrations, and AI-powered automation solutions.

You'll play a key role in connecting ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Workday, and other enterprise platforms, helping to transform employee and business experiences across Procurement, Finance, and HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow workflows, catalog solutions, portals, and case management applications
• Build and support integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Integration Spokes
• Deliver AI-enabled solutions leveraging Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, and Generative AI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and external technology partners
• Support development, deployment, optimisation, and production support activities

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years' ServiceNow development experience
• Strong IntegrationHub and API integration expertise
