Job summary

WhiteCap Search is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, build, configure, and support scalable enterprise workflows across Procurement, Finance, HR, and related domains. The role emphasizes integration, automation, and AI capabilities to modernize processes while ensuring secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate will work across ServiceNow, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, and Workday integrations.

Qualifications

6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
5+ years of enterprise integration experience using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, MID Servers, and Integration Spokes.
4+ years of experience building enterprise workflows, service catalog, portals, and case/request management.
4+ years of understanding Procurement, S2P, Finance, HR, and Employee Service processes.
3 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and/or Workday integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and support enterprise workflows across Procurement, Finance, HR, and Employee Center.
Develop and maintain Catalog Items, Flows, Approvals, Notifications, UI components, and ACLs.
Design secure, scalable integrations using REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub and related patterns.
Leverage AI capabilities and integrate with platforms like Moveworks, IBM watsonx.
Develop and extend ServiceNow apps and integrations including testing and deployment.
