Qualifications

• 6–8 years of pre‑sales consulting experience for global enterprises within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in complex, cross‑industry deals: discovery through close and executive storytelling.
• Hands‑on understanding of ServiceNow AI capabilities and cross‑platform architecture.
• Experience creating offerings (pricing/packaging, enablement assets) and running integrated campaigns with GTM, marketing and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑Sales Leadership & Deal Strategy: lead qualification, discovery, and solution strategy; establish win themes and differentiation.
• AI & Cross‑Platform Solution Design: design end‑to‑end architecture leveraging ServiceNow AI capabilities across multiple modules; define secure platform strategy.
• Value Engineering: create outcome‑based roadmaps and defendable ROI tied to client KPIs; build value hypotheses.
