Boys Town is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer Analyst to lead the design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. You will translate business needs into scalable applications, drive platform integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize value across the organization.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be on-site. The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, strong JavaScript and HTML skills, and a proven ability

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in MIS/IT/CS/related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience including development, configuration, integration, and implementation.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies and SDLC.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CIS, CAD, or CSA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage Agile processes, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Configure workflows, scripts, UI/UX, and roles within ServiceNow modules.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope.
