Job summary

Venatore LLC in Tampa, FL seeks a ServiceNow Systems Engineer to sustain and enhance ServiceNow environments for the USCENTCOM CITS Program in a classified IL6 setting. Based in Tampa, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, scalability, and ITSM alignment.

You will implement ITOM/ITAM, develop dashboards, and support ongoing operations while maintaining security requirements and DoD compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field; 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Strong MariaDB installation, optimization, and indexing experience.
• DoD 8140 or 8570 certification.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• ServiceNow Platform Engineering & Administration: maintain development, test, and production environments.
• Perform system maintenance, workflow development, bug fixes, enhancements, and platform upgrades.
• Configure and customize core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog).
• Configure fields, forms, views, email notifications, access controls, and roles.
• Collaborate with CITS Cloud team to implement ServiceNow solutions in IL6 environment.
• Support ITOM and ITAM capabilities including discovery, asset management, service mapping, and event management.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow SPM modules: Agile Development, Demand Management, Project, Portfolio, and Resource Management.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports for portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.
