Job summary
Adaptive Solutions Group in the St. Louis area seeks a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer to lead modernization and reimplementation of the platform.
You will design, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, collaborating with analysts, engineers and stakeholders to rebuild and optimize modules, and ensure scalable long-term performance. The ideal candidate has extensive ServiceNow experience, ITSM knowledge, and a track record with enterprise-scale implementations in an Agile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations or transformations.
- Strong knowledge of development, workflows, integrations, and release management in ServiceNow.
- ITSM experience and core ServiceNow capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and collaboration across teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to large-scale ServiceNow modernization and reimplementation initiatives.
- Design, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices.
- Partner with analysts, engineers and stakeholders to rebuild and optimize modules and capabilities.
- Support platform architecture, configuration management, testing, validation, release management, and deployment.
- Implement scalable, maintainable solutions that minimize technical debt and improve performance.
- Contribute to data modeling, platform governance and service management best practices.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on development standards.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality platform enhancements.
