Job summary
Machine Learning Technologies, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect in Lansing, MI to drive design and governance of the client’s ServiceNow platform and foundational services. Qualifications
- 5 years - ServiceNow platform experience.
- 5 years - Experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
- CSA certification
- CTA or equivalent certifications
- CAD certification
- ITIL Foundations V3 or higher
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Responsibilities
- Architect ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with client's strategic goals.
- Lead technical solution design, platform governance, and best practices.
- Design and support integrations with enterprise applications and services.
- Provide technical support to developers, system administrators, and project teams.
- Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, and roadmap planning.
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
