Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect in Princeton, NJ to lead end-to-end initiatives and architect scalable solutions across GRC, SecOps, and Legal Service Delivery. You will translate complex business needs into actionable Agile stories with clear acceptance criteria for offshore teams.

The role requires 8+ years in IT risk/compliance domains, strong cross-functional collaboration, and experience with Privacy Management tools such as OneTrust or ServiceNow Privacy

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven proficiency in at least two (preferably three) of GRC, SecOps, Third-Party Risk, Privacy, or Legal Service Delivery.
• Experience with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys, Wiz, etc.
• Experience with Privacy Management tools such as OneTrust or ServiceNow Privacy Management.
• ServiceNow CSA or CRISC/CISA/CISM certifications are a plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead initiatives end-to-end, acting as the business partner and technical architect for ServiceNow solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Agile stories with acceptance criteria for offshore development.
• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across GRC, SecOps, and Legal Service Delivery modules.
• Manage relationships with process owners and handle day-to-day escalations.
• Partner with OneTrust to document privacy workflows and translate to ServiceNow Privacy Management requirements.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support release lifecycle management in ServiceNow.
• Prepare and present delivery metrics to leadership and support resource planning.
• Identify opportunities for new architecture improvements.
