The position requires a strategic, technically fluent leader with 10+ years IT experience and deep ServiceNow expertise, comfortable driving AI-enabled workflows and platform integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT experience, including ServiceNow leadership.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, SAM, IntegrationHub, and AI-powered workflows.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships across operations, security, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve the ServiceNow practice, delivering workflows, automations, integrations, insights, and AI enhancements.
• Scale and manage a team of ServiceNow analysts, engineers, and specialists.
• Align ServiceNow platform with enterprise data architecture and governance.
