Job summary

Lead end-to-end design of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps; drive roadmap with stakeholders; govern integrations and data models. Mentor teams and oversee upgrades, security, and performance to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 5–9+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• CSA and CIS certifications are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Lead end-to-end design of ServiceNow applications (such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps), ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices.
• Strategic & Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with business stakeholders and executives to translate organizational requirements into long-term platform capability strategies.
• Integration & Governance: Architect secure integrations with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Active Directory, custom APIs) while maintaining platform data models, CMDB integrity, and governance standards.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and oversight to cross-functional development teams, reviewing complex technical designs and monitoring technical debt.
• Platform Optimization: Oversee system upgrades, security compliance, and performance tuning to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5–9+ years working extensively within the ServiceNow platform, including 2+ years in an architectural or technical lead role.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credentials, alongside ongoing platform delta updates.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder communication, executive presentation abilities, and experience guiding agile delivery teams
