Job summary
West Monroe is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer - IRM/GRC to lead technical workstreams and implement GRC/IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with risk, compliance, audit, and technology teams to deliver outcomes-focused results.
The role requires hands-on development across IRM areas and strong JavaScript/Flow Designer skills, with travel up to 50% and full-time US work eligibility.
Qualifications
- 4+ years building and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
- Hands-on in two or more IRM/GRC areas (risk, policy, audit, vendor risk).
- Strong knowledge of IRM concepts, data relationships, and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow IRM development workstreams from design to deployment.
- Design configurations across Risk, Policy, Audit, and third-party risk modules.
- Translate requirements into technical designs, workflows, and integrations.
- Configure IRM data structures (entities, risks, controls, issues).
- Develop risk assessments, attestations, and remediation workflows.
- Customize ServiceNow with JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI policies, ACLs.
- Ensure quality through reviews, testing, and release support.
- Apply AI/automation to improve delivery and outputs.
