Job summary

West Monroe is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer - IRM/GRC to lead technical workstreams and design, configure, and develop GRC/IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will partner with risk, compliance, audit, security, and technology stakeholders to deliver outcomes-focused solutions.

You will own development deliverables across Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, and Third-party Risk Management, while mentoring others and applying AI to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
• Hands-on IRM/GRC experience across Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit, or Third-party Risk.
• Strong knowledge of IRM concepts and data relationships such as entities, risks, controls, assessments, and remediation workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, ACLs, dashboards.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% and work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow IRM development workstreams from requirements and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Design and configure IRM across Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, and Third-party Risk management.
• Translate regulatory obligations and audit requirements into technical designs, workflows, integrations, and configurations.
• Configure IRM data structures and relationships for entities, risks, controls, and remediation activities.
• Build risk assessments, control attestations, issue-management workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Configure ServiceNow using JavaScript, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and dashboards.
• Ensure technical quality through design reviews, testing, and documentation; manage delivery risks.
• Leverage AI/automation to accelerate analysis and improve delivery outcomes.
