Job summary

BCBST BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Senior Application Support Administrator to lead ServiceNow integration initiatives and automate cross-system workflows.

You will design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems to improve efficiency and user experience. The role requires strong ServiceNow administration, integration development, and automation skills, including Flow Designer, web services, APIs, and scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, or commensurate experience.
• 5 years of IT experience required.
• 3 years of Systems Administration or Programming experience required.
• 1 year knowledge of Windows/AIX/Mainframe environments.

Responsibilities

• Offers senior leadership in support of major applications and projects.
• Understand integration points and provide guidance on configuration and implementations.
• Provide top-level support for problem resolution and troubleshooting.
• Design and setup, configure, and integrate major applications into the environment.
• Be available for maintenance and upgrades outside business hours and participate in on-call rotation.
