Job summary

Qualifications

Role Overview

The Senior Application Support Administrator will help drive the continued expansion and adoption of the ServiceNow platform across the organization. The primary focus will be designing, developing, and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems to improve efficiency, automate manual processes, and deliver measurable cost savings.

You will partner with teams across BCBST to transform legacy workflows, including spreadsheet-based processes, into scalable ServiceNow solutions that provide streamlined request intake, intelligent routing, automation, and an improved end-user experience.
