Qualifications
- 8+ years with ServiceNow apps including HRSD, Employee Center Pro and Knowledge Management.
- 5+ years configuring ServiceNow in service delivery, portals and knowledge management.
- 3+ years owning a digital product with roadmap and outcomes.
- 2+ years experience with AI-enabled capabilities in ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners to support HRSD functional areas and roadmaps.
- Develop vision and roadmap for the Product with stakeholders.
- Deliver enhancements and defects with scalable solutions.
- Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses and document designs.
- Provide data analysis and reporting to inform decisions.
