Job summary

iTech AG is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer - Field Service Management (FSM) to design, develop, and optimize FSM solutions for federal programs. This role focuses on implementing and supporting advanced FSM capabilities to improve efficiency and field service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on ServiceNow FSM experience across modules like work order management, scheduling and dispatch, mobile workforce enablement, inventory management, and extensive integrations with ERP/CRM

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
• 3+ years implementing or supporting ServiceNow FSM.
• Experience configuring Work Order/Task Management, Scheduling/Dispatch, Mobile Workforce, Inventory/Asset Tracking, and Customer Self-Service.
• Experience with ServiceNow Mobile apps and offline capabilities.
• Experience with integrations between ServiceNow and external ERP/CRM/GIS systems.
• Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, and Flow Designer skills.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow FSM solutions for federal requirements.
• Implement FSM capabilities: Work Order Management, Task Management, Scheduling/Dispatch, mobile workforce, and inventory management.
• Configure digital work orders, dispatch queues, and workflow automations.
• Develop task bundles, questionnaires, inspection checklists, and compliance workflows.
• Configure intelligent scheduling/dispatch based on skills, location, and parts inventory.
• Support appointment booking and customer scheduling via Service Portal/UI Builder.
• Integrate FSM with ERP, GIS, CRM, external scheduling platforms.
• Collaborate with architects and Agile teams; perform code reviews and platform upgrades.
