Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain mission-enabling applications for HUD. This fully remote role requires delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions, adhering to federal cybersecurity standards, and working within HUD governance frameworks.

You will implement integrations with external systems, manage SDLC practices, and provide documentation and platform insights to support modernization efforts across the HUD environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications for federal civilian agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate needs into scalable apps.
• Execute the full SDLC using Scrum, Agile, DevSecOps, Lean, and Waterfall.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration, deployment, and defect issues.
• Apply ServiceNow governance to minimize technical debt and ensure compliance.
• Maintain HUD cybersecurity requirements and federal data protection standards.
• Produce technical documentation including Update Set logs.
• Support modernization and migration of legacy workflows.
• Provide governance and digital transformation insights.
