GovCIO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain mission-enabling applications for HUD. This remote role involves delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions, aligning with federal IT governance and security standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, implement SDLC processes, and ensure cybersecurity and data protection compliance across the platform.

Formación

• Experience building ServiceNow apps for federal agencies.
• Knowledge of HUD cybersecurity requirements and FISMA.
• Ability to manage SDLC with Agile/DevSecOps.
• Experience integrating with external systems via APIs.
• Clearance ability: HUD Public Trust eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and configure ServiceNow apps using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
• Analyze requirements with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable apps.
• Execute the full SDLC using Scrum, Agile, DevSecOps, Lean, and Waterfall.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration, MID Server, deployment, and defects.
• Apply ServiceNow governance to minimize technical debt and maintain compliance.
• Produce technical documentation including Update Sets and product documentation.
• Support modernization and migration of legacy workflows.
• Provide platform governance insights for capability planning and digital transformation.
