Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow platform implementation experience.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (JavaScript/GlideScript/ServiceNow script) and database querying languages.
• Experience across system design, application development, testing and operational stability in a large corporate environment.
• Strong grounding in agile delivery, CI/CD, application resiliency and security.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with non-routine approaches.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity with peer review and secure coding.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints.
• Gathers and visualizes data to drive continuous improvement of software applications.
