Qualifications

• Experience configuring core ServiceNow apps and building integrations via APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Experience planning ServiceNow upgrades with testing and rollback.
• Current secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SAM, SecOps and related apps.
• Develop and maintain integrations using APIs, web services, and MID servers.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements with testing and rollback.
• Configure and customize workflows, forms, dashboards, and data models.
• Collaborate with security/compliance to meet federal requirements.
• Apply scripting and automation to streamline admin tasks.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across app, integration, and infra layers.
• Document solutions and procedures for audit readiness.
