You will design, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions, translating business needs into scalable technical options and ensuring high-quality delivery across integrations and workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, security, product, and engineering groups, plus a focus on modernization and reliability within a hybrid workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience developing on ServiceNow (or similar enterprise platforms).
• Strong object-oriented design and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, web technologies, and workflow automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
• Analytical problem-solving and clear communication with partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user experiences.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with measurable impact.
• Build workflows, business rules, and automations to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations; build and consume APIs to support end-to-end integration needs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and release readiness activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues; implement durable fixes.
• Contribute to Agile delivery and modern engineering practices, including CI/CD.
