Job summary

Synergy ECP is seeking Senior ServiceNow Engineers to support a hybrid cloud environment, delivering multi-cloud and on-prem solutions with secure, reliable infrastructure. You will work with DevSecOps teams to deploy, upgrade, and maintain ServiceNow and related APIs in AWS and on-prem environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs, architectural work across modern cloud architectures, and preparation of technical documentation and presentations for government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in software development, ServiceNow, or IT.
• Expertise with ServiceNow CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience with cloud architecture (AWS preferred; Azure acceptable).
• Strong technical documentation and testing skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Create, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow infrastructure in AWS and on-prem environments.
• Manage complex ServiceNow roles, permissions, and integrations.
• Use Foreman, GitLab, and Selenium for platform changes.
• Architect IdAM/AD/LDAP resources with ServiceNow.
• Develop automated testing plans and Agile Scrum collaboration.
• Prepare government and leadership presentations and maintain docs.
