Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a ServiceNow Lead/Developer to oversee architecture, development, and governance of the ServiceNow platform. You will drive complex integrations, custom app development, and platform upgrades while ensuring CMDB quality and ITIL alignment.

The role combines senior development with administrative oversight in a hybrid environment. Expect to implement automation, governance policies, and governance reporting to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years in Service Management with 4+ years in ServiceNow Development & Administration.
• ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
• ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA).
• ServiceNow Developer Certification (CAD).
• ServiceNow Implementation Certifications (ITSM, CMDB & CSDM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, configuration, and daily operations of the ServiceNow platform.
• Lead development of custom applications and complex integrations.
• Manage platform upgrades, security governance, and data quality (CMDB).
• Enforce governance and ITIL-aligned processes to drive automation.
• Provide reporting to stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams & vendors.
