Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer III to advance ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and workflow automation. You will shape architecture, implement AI-driven features, and mentor junior engineers while aligning with platform governance.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, AI capabilities, and strong collaboration with product teams to deliver scalable, secure services.

Qualifications

• Experience participating in the software design process.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work on time.
• Proficiency with object-oriented languages (Java or .NET) and RESTful/event-driven architectures.
• Experience with web/mobile interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript (Angular, React Native).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to platform architecture decisions for enhancements, automation, and integrations.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliverables.
• Develop automation using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflow Studio.
• Implement secure, scalable code for features, integrations, and workflows.
• Leverage Now Assist, AI Agents, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence to improve service delivery.
• Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM, Catalog, Knowledge, and related modules.
