Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of software development experience with at least 7+ years in ServiceNow applications development and IT product implementations (ITSM/ITAM/ITOM/ITBM/SecOps).
• Develop standalone ServiceNow tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
• Create and configure workflows based on business requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new ServiceNow applications and solutions.
• Automate and optimize business processes through workflows and scripts.
• Monitor health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
• Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow.
• Participate in problem-solving during development, testing and production.
