• Experience configuring, administering, and integrating ServiceNow.
• API development and integration on the ServiceNow platform.
• ITIL v3 Foundation Certification and related CIS/CSA/CTA certifications.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Experience with Discovery, CMDB, Orchestration, and Service Mapping.
