Job summary

Kearney & Company is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a highly customized ServiceNow environment, including multiple custom applications. You will design, develop, and implement enhancements, collaborate with client stakeholders, and ensure security, scalability, and upgradeability of the platform.

Preferred candidates hold a CAD certification, have 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, and can obtain an Agency Suitability clearance.

Qualifications

• ServiceNow CAD certification required.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow development and custom app support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong server-side and client-side JavaScript in ServiceNow.
• Experience designing/modifying tables, forms, business rules, ACLs, and Flow Designer/workflows.
• Ability to independently analyze existing implementations and safely implement enhancements.
• Must be able to obtain an Agency Suitability clearance (US Citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Assess and enhance a highly customized ServiceNow environment and custom apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and modify ServiceNow components including scripts, UI policies, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain integrations with other enterprise systems and document configurations.
