Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Engineer on enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AJAX, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes).
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist technologies - generative AI workflows and skill kits on the Now Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CMDB, Now Assist, and core platform.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for the ServiceNow platform and governance standards.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP and Flow Designer.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end users.
