Qualifications

• 5+ years experience developing and operating ServiceNow, 2+ years in a ServiceNow senior developer role.
• Up-to-date knowledge of ITIL Processes and ServiceNow applications.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and backend development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications.
• Own the end‑to‑end IT Asset Management architecture within ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain integrations with endpoint management platforms.
