Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Sr ServiceNow Developer to join the ServiceNow Solutions team. The role involves analyzing business requirements and developing quality ServiceNow solutions across the organization, with a hybrid work model and in-office presence 3 days per week at St.

Petersburg, FL, among other listed sites. You will design, code, test, implement, maintain, and support ServiceNow modules, manage complex problems independently, and ensure delivery within time and budget constraints

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Solid background in ServiceNow applications and development.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, Vulnerability) is a plus.
• Development skills in JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with integrations (REST APIs, LDAP/AD, JDBC, etc.).
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes system requirements and identifies interfaces between components.
• Develops, tests, implements, and maintains ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Participates in software system testing and validation procedures.
• Provides technical advice and assists in solving programming problems.
• Documents system specifications, outputs, and test results.
• Ensures solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
