Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Sr ServiceNow Developer to join its ServiceNow Solutions team. You will analyze business requirements and develop high-quality technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, participating in the full systems life cycle as appropriate to experience.

The role involves designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting applications and modules, delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

Solid background in ServiceNow applications and development.
Ideally 2–4 years of ServiceNow experience.

Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules such as FSO, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, GRC/IRM, SecOps, Vulnerability Response, SAM Pro, Integration Hub, and/or Performance Analytics is a plus.
Development skills in JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
Experience with integrations (REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Orchestration).
Experience with Scoped Applications.
Experience with Flow Designer, preferred.
Experience with Integration Hub, preferred.
Experience with Service Portal, preferred.
ServiceNow Certification is a plus: Certified Application Developer

Responsibilities

Analyzes system requirements and interfaces between components.
Participates in software system testing and validation procedures.
Writes and/or reviews system specifications and test results.
Provides technical advice and assists in solving programming problems.
Drives development, testing, implementation, maintenance and support on the ServiceNow platform.
Ensures proper analysis to prevent rework and schedule slippage.
Performs other duties as assigned.
