Job summary

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to deliver the full SDLC within the ServiceNow platform. The role requires collaboration with developers and a technical lead to analyze, configure, customize, and develop applications for customer requirements.

The position sits in the Information Solutions Division (ITSD) within the Computing Directorate, supporting the Enterprise Secure Network. A hybrid schedule is offered with some days remote or from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience delivering full SDLC in the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to determine feasibility of use-cases in ServiceNow.
• Design and develop applications through scripts, workflows and integrations.
• Contribute to projects as a team member across disciplines.
• Support an On-Premise ServiceNow solution and perform maintenance.
• Interact with personnel across National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA).
• Develop in Agile manner using SCRUM in ServiceNow.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
