Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development experience.
• Experience with scripting languages.
• ServiceNow Certification: Implementation Specialist or similar.

• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support 20% of the time and development activities 80% of the time.
• Technically analyze requirements to help define technical specifications and solutions.
• Configure, develop, maintain, and support the ServiceNow platform.
• Identify solutions for identified issues during development via open-source community, liaising with vendor, and collaborating with engineers.
• Develop using best practices and standards; write code with performance in mind and drive automation wherever possible.
• Propose alternative solutions to a problem whilst working collaboratively with other team members.
