Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or GRC.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, BRs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer.
• Experience with Service Catalog, Workflows, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications.
• Build workflows, automation, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
