Job summary

VivSoft is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team on mission-critical federal projects. You will lead ServiceNow development, portal customization, and data migration efforts while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Qualified candidates will have 6+ years in software development, 3+ years with ServiceNow, and a ServiceNow CSA certification. DHS Public Trust eligibility is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
• Design and support data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
• Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations for functionality and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Work within Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of features.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow applications using App Engine to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.
• Design and support data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Work within Agile Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain DHS Public Trust
• 6+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions
• 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow portal customization
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine for configuration and customization
• Ability to develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts
• Experience supporting data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working on Scrum teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of portal customization experience
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology

Salary Range

$ 110,000- $ 120,000 annually
