Responsibilities

• Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow design patterns and best practices, producing reusable, reliable, and adaptive solutions.
• Understand business context and processes to translate functional requirements into sustainable ServiceNow implementations.
• Leverage platform capabilities to achieve expected business outcomes.
• Conduct requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, and implementation support.
• Manage ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and go‑live support.
• Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to refine data requirements.
• Work closely with the ServiceNow technical team to convert requirements into design and migration steps.
• Maintain and develop scoped applications.
• Define sustainment governance and processes as part of operational transition.
• Provide guidance to convert requirements into design and migration steps.
• Proficient with business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, flow designer, and notifications.

Qualifications
