Alliant Credit Union is seeking a ServiceNow-focused professional to configure and customize the platform, align ITIL processes, and support service transformation teams in Chicago. The role emphasizes collaboration with Service Desk and Application Support to troubleshoot complex issues and implement new modules and workflows.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with 2+ years in development/configuration and ITIL experience.
Responsible for core system configuration and development, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, functional requirements, and developing technical requirements. Develop workflow customizations, and support the Service transformation teams. Understand Service Now functionality and how ITIL processes are implemented in Service Now including but not limited to Incident Management, Change Management, Problem, CMDB Management, Service Catalog, and Problem Management modules.
$84,200.00 to $131,000.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
