The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing, configuring, and integrating solutions on the ServiceNow platform, optimizing ITSM and ITOM processes, and delivering high-quality technical solutions within an Agile/Scrum environment. What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and integration
• 6+ years of experience with API integration (REST/SOAP web services)
• 6+ years of experience with ITSM and ITOM process optimization
• 6+ years of experience with ITSM, CSM, HAM, and FSM modules
• 6+ years of experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodology
