Job summary

Quantum Research International, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CSM Administrator to join our team supporting a high-priority government program in a secure environment.

The role focuses on administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow CSM platform with strict data handling policies. The ideal candidate will manage integrations, workflows, scripting, and security configurations, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and audit

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with current SCI eligibility or TS/SCI current status.
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow Administrator experience, 2+ years in CSM.
• CSA certification required; CSM certification strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, MS a plus.
• Strong ITIL v4 knowledge and service management best practices.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly) and Flow Designer.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and integration across systems.
• Ability to work independently in a classified setting and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow CSM application including upgrades and performance tuning.
• Configure CSM modules: Case Management, Account & Contact, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Playbooks.
• Manage roles, ACLs, and security in line with policies.
• Develop and maintain integration between ServiceNow CSM and enterprise systems.
• Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and scripted REST APIs.
• Support process automation, SLAs, reporting, and dashboards.
• Handle data imports/exports and data quality within security classifications.
• Provide Tier 3/4 support and collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
