Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Pune/Remote
Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
2. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules.
3. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration methods.
4. Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
7. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.
8. Develop and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Extensive experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
2. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
3. Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
4. Experience with advanced ServiceNow modules like ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps.
5. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
6. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is often preferred.
7. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
8. CSA is mandatory.
