Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT systems in secure environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration, development, configuration, or integration.
• Working knowledge of Linux administration.
• Experience supporting AWS cloud environments.
• Experience developing or supporting system integrations and APIs.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across apps, infra, DBs, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize the enterprise ServiceNow platform.
• Perform ServiceNow admin tasks, patches, updates, and critical changes.
• Plan and execute annual ServiceNow platform upgrades.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow functionality to meet requirements.
• Develop custom ServiceNow apps, business logic, workflows, scripts, and integrations using JavaScript.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow performance and integration issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve workflows.
